Flight
posted Monday, 27 June 2005
Soul takes flight,
From fear, from freedom,
Take wing, aloft
Loose the bond,
Lose the fright.
Let the calm come,
As wings so soft,
Sail beyond,
Earthly realms.
Settle on breezes,
Unseen but felt,
In the hearts.
Rider’s palms,
Raised in rejoices,
Differences melt,
And peace starts.
Soon eclipse,
The world far below,
Petty squabbles,
Forgotten.
Touch the lips,
As lovers so slow,
Feeling bubbles,
Two hearts, one.
Fear of flight,
No longer exists,
When the soul yields,
To the skies.
Do what’s right,
And fate soon insists,
Then seals the deals,
With smiles, sighs.
